Wood Team manufactures solid wood and upholstered dining chairs for furniture retailers and procurement teams across fifteen countries. Our customers include large retail chains, specialist furniture retailers, and private-label programs. We produce to customer specification, from high-volume catalogue runs to flexible-MOQ made-to-order work.
Four plants. The full chain in-house.
We operate four plants in Bosnia and Herzegovina, each handling a specialized stage of chair production — from raw timber through plywood and veneer, to chair manufacturing, upholstery, finishing, and logistics. Running the full chain in-house is a deliberate choice. It's what lets us commit to lead times, hold quality to our own standards rather than a supplier's, and respond quickly when a customer's program changes.
Our workforce spans sawyers, machinists, upholsterers, finishers, development staff, and a key account team. Most have been with us for years — in a region with deep woodworking tradition, we're able to hire and retain experienced people who know chair production well.
Wood Team is privately held. We don't depend on external investors — the commitments we make are commitments we can keep.

We operate under FSC chain-of-custody, ISO 9001, and BSCI certifications — covering timber traceability, quality management, and social compliance. Certificates and audit reports are available on request.
