When you submit the catalogue request form, we collect the name, work email, role, and any free-text notes you provide, along with the time of submission. We use this information solely to respond to your request and to send the requested materials.
How long we keep it
We retain catalogue request submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of requests for our internal sales follow-up, after which the records are deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email sales@woodteam.ba.
